First ever hipster poetic photoset to celebrate my rediscovery of my love of Robert Frost.

Anonymous asked (a considerable amount of time ago): Top Ten Frames of Sailor Moon, Ever

Off the top of my head, these are some of my personal favorite Sailor Moon cels, judged mainly by humor value. But, you know, there are quite a few episodes, so there are probably a couple I’m forgetting.

I’d love to see compilations of your favorite frames, whether they be meaningful, silly, or fall on any part of the wonderful spectrum in between!

Do you ever think about how Steven Universe’s “Do It For Her/Him” can apply to Minako with the Silver Millennium and now

I’ll admit that I’ve never considered this before, but now that I have, I CAN’T STOP.

A part-finished screencap re-draw (original from sailormoonscreencaps). I really liked the variety of expression in this one, but wasn’t particularly happy with how the colouring was going so I gave up >_> The linework is okay so perhaps I’ll pick it up again when I’m less frustrated.

a semi-comprehensive list of favorite Sailor Moon episodes

Last week, purinsesu-sereniti asked what my favorite episode was. Overwhelmed by the enormity of the question, I had defaulted to sarcasm. I am here to remedy that. Here is a conglomeration of what happens to be exactly twenty episodes from all five seasons, from the overtly silly ones and the heartcrushingly serious ones. There’s probably many I’m forgetting, so I’d love to know which episodes are your personal favorites!

#12: Ami and Rei go on a couples’ cruise and even without a ticket Usagi somehow manages to third wheel

#45#46: Everyone dies in the present

#50: Usagi’s family and a couple of aliens go to a virtual reality game center

#66: Chibiusa makes curry with her parents, the Ayakashi Sisters are the worst salespeople, and everyone cares a little too much about the local supermarket

#78: Minako is somehow graced with a good immune system and serves as nurse to her friends

#82: Sailor Pluto exists

#91: Mamoru takes Usagi to an abandoned house full of cats and the power of their love creates a Legendary Rod

Wow look at this gorgeous artwork that i DEFINITELY DID NOT NEED IN MY LIFE

I’m trying to figure out exactly when this series went from cute and funny to horribly sad and soul-destroying

Everyone else is fooled by the projections of their loved ones in danger but Ami is flattered that she has someone to consider a “loved one”
