It’s a glorious dress but the sizing is seriously messed up. While I’m chubby, I’m not anywhere close to obese (and even if I was, what would be wrong with that?). For skirts and such, I wear size M or L (depending on the brand) because I have big hips but the waist is always way too big for me since I have a much smaller waist.

Yet.

Yet here, the XL’s waist measurement is several inches smaller than my actual waist. The same goes for all of this dress’s measurements.

This is messed up on two fronts. One because anyone chubby is outsized, two because thin girls get the message that they’re fat when they are not.

You’d better be tiny if you plan to buy this. A good chunk of the population is outsized of it.

So, what I’m getting from this is that Mako couldn’t even wear the Mako dress.
