fair question: what the fuck even was chibi chibi chan

I am actually probably the least qualified person to answer this question. She was Galaxia’s Star Seed, even though everyone else got a rock. But she was also a fellow Sailor Senshi, even though Hotaru had to be forcibly aged up to join the fun I guess they relaxed the age restrictions a little bit. And everyone kept saying how Usagi and ChibiChibi share a bond closer than cousins or sisters or whatever, but that’s just a weird lie that everyone in her life says to her. But I think she was also a butterfly sometimes, and she totally wanted to awaken Kakyuu even though they had no discernible relationship to one another. Also she could swallow like eight donuts whole. I really don’t know.
