I DO LOVE THOSE WACKY SINGING CATS.
Duchess: Ami (she’s polite, sweet, and she’s kind of the mom friend anyway)
O’Malley: Mako (sort of a rebel, very much the protector, but also predominantly because of this:)

Marie: Usagi (”BECAUSE I’M THE PRINCESS, THAT’S WHY”)
Toulouse: Minako (though she be but little, she is fierce)
Berlioz: Rei (because remember that scene where Marie and Berlioz are fighting over the piano sticking their tongues out at each other?)
Madame Bonfamille: Neoqueen Serenity (basically exists to make sure that the characters have their future in order; and she sure does love her senshi)
Georges: Grandpa Hino (because wacky old man stereotype)
Edgar: Any and all of the Dark Kingdom guys. No matter who you choose it’s hilarious.
Roquefort: Pluto (silent helper who is basically the hero but gets no credit)
Napoleon: Michiru (fighting the same bad guys as the inners, but for different reasons)
Lafayette: Haruka (is basically already a puppy who follows Michiru adoringly so this isn’t a stretch)
Frou Frou: Hotaru (doesn’t show up to often, but when she does, she is a powerhouse)
Amelia and Abigail: Luna and Diana (in a cast that’s mostly cats you’d think the cats wouldn’t have to be geese, right? you’re wrong.)
Uncle Waldo: Artemis (the more I think about this the more weird this movie was)
And then there were various racially insensitive cats playing weird instruments whose function in the narrative I can’t remember for the life of me. This was a strange, strange movie.
