So now that you’re half way through PT I have a question for you: do you feel like knowing ballet (for instance: Swan Lake) is necessary for this show or do you find it enjoyable even without having taken intense ballet history courses?

I don’t think you need to know a thing about ballet to enjoy PT! The only things I know about dance are from “Mary Kate and Ashley’s Ballet Party” (1997) and the show is still enjoyable on its own merits. It’s fun if you can catch a reference to classical music or a fairy tale, but it’s an extra thing not a necessary one.

Sadly, the knitting subplot only lasts until the next huge twist you won’t see coming. I think it gets referenced once after that, but then it’s sadly forgotten.

I hope it doesn’t create a continuity snarl. The stories seem well stitched together. I hope the writers don’t pull the wool over my eyes when they had such a promising hook.

There is a version of PGSM that if we put together all the little tidbits fans write like Ami making swords from her tears and Minako doing something I shan’t spoil… it would be such an amazing show!

PGSM: Abridged. Get on it, PGSM fans!

I’m pretty sure Mamoru went off to become a doctor?

Doesn’t he have, like, magical healing powers that he using to effuse his life essence into Chibiusa for an episode or two? That would definitely come in handy. Though it might be a bit off-putting to the other students.

“Memory” is a much better typo of Mamoru than the one I do, since U and Y are right next to each other I almost always type “Mamory” at first. >.>

Autocorrect serves as a casual reminder for women over 40 or at-risk individuals to remember to get a regularly scheduled mammogram once a year.

I love all your sassy commentary and live blogging. Thanks to you I’ve been doing a little sassy live blogging myself and it’s so much fun!

Thank you so much! It certainly is fun. It’s addictive. I’ve been hooked for over a year. I am scheduled to start appearing in front of public schools as an example of how things can go wrong if you don’t blog responsibly. I don’t want any of them to end up like me. I can’t let that happen.
