When you said “I’ve never seen the 90’s dub”, what does that mean as regard the Viz dub?
It means I AM A CREATURE OF MYSTERY WHO LEAVES HER SENTENCES DANGLING IN AN AMBIGUOUS FASHION
I saw a little of the VIZ dub back when it was free on Hulu! I just watched a few of my favorites (D-point, lesbian cruise ship, etc). From what I’ve seen, I really like the new voices, and the scripts are very well written. Plus, HD quality is always welcome.
At TVTropes, me and a few other wiki editors have written pithy recaps of every classic anime episode at Recap/SailorMoon Whenever I wrote one, one of the things I would do first is check your site so I don’t step on your bits. What do ya think?

It’s a match made in emotional instability!
George Bailey: I have previously joked that Chibiusa is kind of a George because in the introductory Stars arc she actually gets very close to seeing what life would be like if she was never born, but I’m not sure how many lives she has positively impacted. I kind of like Haruka in this role because she’s a troubled person who despite her best intentions somehow ends up losing out and I low-key want to hear her voice in a Jimmy Stewart impression.
Clarence: USAGI TSUKINO she literally earned her wings by helping others see the good inside of them and I am but a puddle of tears
Mary Hatch: Michiru, flirting queen, definition of femme, completely lost and without purpose if Haruka never existed. Also just imagine her deadpanning that one line “she’s making violent love to me, mother”
Mr. Potter: Galaxia, sitting on her throne and literally doing nothing but deflecting attacks and occasionally throwing her own. (Bonus: the Animamates as the lawyers and bankers that flank her at all times.)
Mr. Gower: Setsuna. I mean she’s usually pretty detached but can you imagine if she lost someone like Chibiusa and she got really depressed and I got really sad
Violet: Minakoooooooooo. Baby Minako blatantly hitting on Small Haruka at the candy store in front of Michiru. Minako responding to compliment with “Oh, this old thing? Why, I only wear it when I don’t care how I look.”
Sam Wainwright: Umino is the only name that comes to mind.
Uncle Billy: Mamoru. “KING HOW DO YOU JUST LOSE EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS and/or YOUR LIFE TO GALAXIA. DID YOU EVEN TRY.”
Jimmy the Raven: Phobos and Deimos can tag-team it on this one.
Cousin Tilly & Cousin Eustace: Rei and Ami. Ami is around for accounting and Rei is around for setting things on fire.
Ernie & Bert: Luna and Artemis probably
Harry Bailey: Makoto, actual war hero
Mr. Martini: Motoki, like instead of Haruka going to the bar when she’s sad she just goes to Crown Game Parlor and plays a few rounds of GOD DRIVING
Tommy, Pete, Janie, Zuzu: This number of kids seems extraneous. All that matters to me is that baby Hotaru is the one who says “every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings” while in Haruka’s arms on Christmas morning.

This is a good idea. I don’t read Clickhole on an obscenely frequent basis like I read The Onion, but I’m sure there are some great composite images just waiting to be made!
