I adore that concept to an embarrassing degree! Your headcanons are always a delight, and I am always here for SilMil or Crystal Tokyo speculation. Did the Moon Kingdom have a system of writing, or did they not never develop one because their lifespans were so long that they didn’t feel the need to preserve things for posterity? Maybe Moon and Earth have similar languages, or perhaps they developed different dialects through separation. (”She has such an Earth accent!”) Imagine one of the Senshi somehow smuggling a Silver Millennium relic and waiting patiently for the day when she would be able to remember her past life and read what it says. I JUST CAN’T STOP.

THANK YOU. Beryl surely knows best HOW COULD YOU DOUBT HER RULING ABILITIES she spent two solid hours designing her political program and even made detailed illustrations to the second (biggest) chapter, “Why The Moon Queen Sucks”

The only campaign she has is “VOTE BERYL BECAUSE SHE IS NOT SERENITY” even tho it’s a monarchical system of government

Plus an extra few hours designing her outfits

The Moon Kingdom – 90s Anime, Crystal, and Manga 

…well to be honest I never cared about Moon Kingdom and actually was rly bored whenever they mentioned it, like “are u done now? come back to the present pls and be relatable”… well except for the episode where Kunzite send the girls back in time, I really liked it. But in the rest of t he series it seemed really cold, distant and fantazy-ish and I dont like this. I only ever care about modern settings because I feel like Thats Where True Magic Is. Magic of the Mundane…

I totally understand. I personally tend to be more “SOLID FOUNDATIONAL WORLD-BUILDING OR NOTHING” and less “EXPLANATION IS FOR NEW HISTORICISM LITERARY CRITICS AND NERDS GET ON WITH THE MAIN PLOT,” but to each their own preferences! 

I guess that’s why I like Lord of the Rings so much.
