The first time I saw Spinel Sun, I thought he was wearing a suit, where the jewel and fur below are the necktie and the wing ornamentation is the exposed shirt or its collar.  I still try to see it this way whenever I can.

I thought so too! He looks like he’s on lunch break from his 9 to 5 job at the communications department of a manufacturing firm, with a classic blazer, white button-down, and sleek black tie because he wants to impress the boss and refuses to be passed up for a promotion again.

When Rei and Makoto react to something, the world reacts as well.
